Welcome to the tale that began in 8th grade, where Connor wanted nothing to do with Reilly, and, in true Reilly fashion, she wanted everything to do with Connor. Even if that meant convincing her parents to buy her an Xbox so she could play Call of Duty (COD) with Connor & the boys. This virtual exchange quickly turned into a lot of joking and flirting, as they had several classes together. Between Connor poking her butt with a Ticonderoga No.2 Pencil to see if he could poke a hole in her leggings to Reilly laughing so hard at his goofiness in Silent Sustained Reading and being moved seats across the room, the two had an undeniable chemistry. Early on, Reilly turned to her friend jokingly but serious and said, “Love is in the air and I’m going to marry that boy."

It took a couple of years for the two to have their first date, where they shyly watched 'We're the Millers' and played Grand Theft Auto (GTA) on the Xbox. They took turns going to each other's houses, watching movies, and playing Xbox for several dates before Connor sealed the deal with a kiss on New Year's Eve right as the ball dropped! This at last was the greatest way to get a girlfriend without asking her to be your girlfriend. Don’t worry, Reilly quickly clarified on January 6th if they were boyfriend and girlfriend… to which Connor said “I guess we are, I did kiss you on NYE.” And from there on out, the rest is history!
