We have decided to keep our wedding intimate and limited to close family & friends. All invited guests will be listed on your invitation.

As teachers, we love kids, yours especially ❤️ but we have made the decision to keep our wedding child-free. Please use this as an opportunity to have a date night out!

The ceremony & reception both take place in the ballroom at The Chanterelle. The ceremony will start promptly at 2:00pm, so please arrive 15 minutes ahead. The reception will start at 5:30pm and go until 1:00am. We can’t wait to see you!

We have reserved a hotel block at The Courthouse Hotel in downtown Thunder Bay. It is a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive to The Chanterelle. Located downtown next to plenty of different restaurants and coffee shops and a short walk from the marina. Thunder Bay has taxi and uride for getting around town. Please go to the travel section of this website in order to access the link to our discounted hotel block rate.

The Chanterelle is located in the heart of downtown and unfortunately does not have a parking lot/free parking. There is metered street parking available in the area but can be difficult to get spots. We recommend you take a taxi, uride, or carpool!

Please send us a message if you have allergies or dietary restrictions that need to be accommodated. Our food vendor can make accommodations as long as they are notified in advance.

Drinks are on us tonight! Our bartenders will be serving alcohol from 5:30pm-12:30am. 🍻 cheers!

The Chanterelle is located right downtown and there are many different restaurants and bars you could venture over to for a drink and a snack while you wait! Reilly & Jeremy’s special recommendations are The Sovereign Room (their first date location), El Tres (margaritas!!!), Goods & Co (local shopping & fancy cocktails)
