Booking your room with the promo code will guarantee:

1. Free cancellations/reservation changes up to 24 hours before the trip

2. No payment up-front: book your room for a $1.00 fee, the trip will come out of the credit card you put on file 30 days before your arrival

3. Discounted group rates

What to know before you book:

1. The rooms are not currently reserved. Individual reservations must be made with the promo code (this means rooms are first come, first served, based on hotel availability)

2. The group promo code is only valid for the dates Oct. 9th - Oct. 16th 2025. Any reservation made outside of this date frame will not fall under the same conditions (discounts, cancellation policy, etc.)

3. Do your research! There are plenty of rooms to choose from. Refer to the room guide posted under the 'Hotel Information' tab on our website to see all the amenities included in each room/club package.

4. Ask questions! Please don't hesitate to reach out to Reilly or Dawn for assistance. (For specific questions about your reservation, refer to the listed phone number under the 'Hotel Information' tab to get in contact with the resort)

5. Promo code rate is exclusive for "Suite Only" bookings (not applicable on "Suite + Flight" option)

How to book:

1. Follow this link or click 'website' at the bottom of this page to access the resort website. (Do not book through a third party website!)

2. Be sure the location you are booking with is Playa Mujeres (not Punta Cana!)

3. Select the dates (within the date range!) you plan to stay and how many people will be in your room

4. Type in the promo code!!!!

5. Select your room and finish confirming your reservation. Before completing your reservation, the website will prompt you to place a card on file. Again, a $1.00 fee will be charged to your card.

6. PLEASE list the promo code in the comments box before submitting your reservation (per resort request)

7. All reservations will be charged in full 30 days prior to your arrival to the credit card provided during the booking process.

*Tip: if you are unsure about the dates you plan to stay, book the maximum amount of nights. There is 0 penalty to shorten your trip, but availability is at risk if you decide to add nights at a later date.

* All rooms will include a free private round-trip transportation to/from the airport (available for suite-only stays of minimum three nights) you will find information on how to schedule your transfer on your confirmation email from the resort.
