We need a finalized list of names (no nicknames, as they appear on a license), at least a month prior to the ceremony. When you arrive at the gate, every passenger (over 18) must present identification to the guard.

We have hired a trolley service in Newport. We are expecting a very large wedding. We ask that you review the address on your invitation to see if a plus one is included. We hope you understand our capacity and we both look forward to your attendance on our special day!

As much as we’d love to include everyone’s little ones, due to space, we are keeping the list to children of immediate family only, unless otherwise noted in the invitation. We hope you accept our apologies and enjoy your very well deserved night off!

The ceremony will take place right outside the Reception Hall, on the lawn overlooking the water. There will be signage to point you in the right direction!
