Hi! We're Renee & Spencer. Whether you have been here from the start six years ago, or have joined us along the way, we are so beyond excited to celebrate our marriage (and dance the night away) with you.

Our story begins during 2018 in the most "us" way; laughing and joking around as friends at a pool party during a UTSA housing event. We saw a whole lot of each other from there on out, and formed a fun loving, spontaneous friendship that consisted of early morning rides to the gym, parties, and trips throughout college. Bonus points if you can name the local San Antonio resort we both worked at during that time as well!

Life took us on a very close path for three years before sending Spencer to Dallas post-grad, and Renee back to Canada as 2020 shut down the world. It was during that time that a close friendship became a deep affection, as we both knew there was just something missing from our lives. After moving together to Grapevine in 2020, getting our first pup, and then a second after returning to San Antonio in 2021, we finally felt whole again as partners, and as a little family.

As the years rolled on, big milestones and opportunities came our way; we both worked hard as we moved through our careers and goals. We travelled across the country together on a 24 hour roadtrip to Canada, Renee flew around the world for work, Spencer got a promotion, and then we got the chance to purchase our dream home in Bulverde. We just kept saying an enthusiastic YES! to everything that came our way, until we got to the most important and enthusiastic one of them all in Dublin, Ireland.

The proposal was magical, fun, and full of love from our family + friends who selflessly helped execute the whole thing. A feeling which we are so excited to recreate on October 12th for all of our people near and far!

We invite you all to be there in person or in spirit to celebrate not only our love and lifelong commitment, but to reconnect with those who matter most to us all. So dust off them dancing boots, and saddle up for a Texas sized wedding!
