Some love stories begin with grand gestures, but ours started in the most unexpected and wonderful way — at work, through a few mutual friends, on a summer day in July 2015. What began as playful flirting quickly grew into something neither of us could ignore. There was an ease between us, a spark that kept pulling us closer.Then came that night — the night we finally kissed. From that moment on, everything changed. We were inseparable, choosing each other again and again without hesitation. On May 8, 2016, after a cozy movie date, Jon asked me to be his girlfriend, making official what our hearts already knew.Years of laughter, growth, adventures, and everyday magic followed. And then, on October 1, 2021, as the sun set over Lake Auburn, Jon got down on one knee and asked me to spend forever with him. It was quiet, intimate, and absolutely perfect.And now, five years later, we’re finally getting married — ready to celebrate the love that’s been growing since that first spark in 2015. We can’t wait to share this next chapter with the people who have supported and loved us along the way.
