Our Wedding

This love story began at Mount Saint Mary College, where the paths of a freshman volleyball player and a senior baseball catcher intertwined. Renee and Kevin’s initial meeting during the intense 2017 Yankees vs Astros ALCS series sparked a connection that would soon blossom into a beautiful romance. Despite their playful rivalry as die-hard Mets and Yankees fans, their shared love for sports (and of course Taco Bell!!!!!) served as the foundation of their budding relationship. As they navigated college life together, late-night study sessions, stolen glances in The View, and shared meals evolved into daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner dates. They became each other's biggest supporters, cheering each other on from the sidelines and celebrating victories both on and off the field. As Kevin's graduation approached, they made the courageous decision to embark on a long-distance relationship, determined to keep their love burning brightly despite the miles between them. The distance only served to strengthen their bond, with countless phone calls filled with laughter, weekend visits overflowing with joy, and unwavering support of each others aspirations. By train, plane, car, foot, or phone, they always made it to support each other. Whether it was Renee pursuing her graduate studies or Kevin spending a summer playing baseball in St. Louis or finding his dream job, their love and dedication to each other only grew stronger. Upon Renee's graduation from MSMC, they joyfully embraced the next chapter of their lives together, moving into their first apartment—a cozy place filled with love and laughter. They settled into their second apartment and before long, bought a house they are currently transforming into a home with the help of their puppy Nala. Now, as they prepare to exchange vows and embark on the adventure of marriage, Renee and Kevin are filled with gratitude for the incredible journey that brought them to this moment and all those who have supported them along the way&lt;3
