General Wedding Day Information


When and where is the wedding?

Our wedding will be on May 24, 2025, in Memphis, TN. Details on the venue and schedule can be found on our wedding website!


What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will start at 6:30pm, so we recommend arriving 30 minutes early to find your seat.


What is the dress code?

Dress to impress—black tie optional/formal! That said, it’s Memphis in May, and our celebration is outdoors, so we encourage stylish yet comfortable choices. Lightweight fabrics and breezy elegance are welcome!


Can I bring a plus one?

Due to limited space, we kindly ask that you RSVP with the name of your plus one if your invitation includes one. If you’re unsure or need a plus one, please let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate!


Are kids invited?

Our wedding will have some children in attendance, but we encourage guests to use this as an opportunity for a night out without the little ones if possible. We appreciate your understanding! If you are planning to bring your kiddo's, please ensure they are listed on your RSVP. For any questions don't hesitate to reach out to 901-230-0123


Travel & Accommodations


Is there a hotel block?

Yes! We have reserved a hotel block at The Peabody Memphis and the downtown Doubletree. Please visit the "Travel" section on our website for details and booking information.


What’s the best way to get to the venue?

The venue is nestled between downtown and midtown Memphis. There will be an open bar, so we suggest using Uber or Lyft to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable time!


Ceremony & Reception


Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and festivities will be outside, where all the excitement will unfold! But if you’re feeling too warm, there will be air-conditioned areas inside for you to relax and cool off.


Will there be a cocktail hour?

Yes! Cocktail hour will begin at 7:00pm right after the ceremony.


What kind of food will be served?

We’re having a buffet-style dinner featuring meat and vegetarian options. During cocktail hour, there will also be passed hors d’oeuvres. A fully vegan/vegetarian meal will be available upon special request—please let us know when you RSVP if you need this option, and if you have urgent dietary restrictions!


Will there be an open bar at the wedding?

Yes, as such we recommend using Uber's or ride share's to get to and from the Venue.


Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We’d love for you to capture special moments, but please be mindful during the ceremony—feel free to take a few photos, but, we ask that you avoid excessive / flash photography so everyone can be present in the moment. Plus, we’ll have Polaroid cameras available for guests to snap fun, candid memories throughout the night!


What should I do if I can’t make it?

We’ll miss you! Please RSVP as soon as possible on our website so we can plan accordingly.


Rehearsal & Rehearsal Dinner Q&A


Who is invited to the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner?

The rehearsal is for the wedding party, immediate family, and anyone with a role in the ceremony. The rehearsal dinner following the rehearsal is by invitation onlyif you received an invitation, we’d love to have you join us!


When and where is the wedding rehearsal?

Location: The Prosser House

Time: 5:00 – 6:00 PM

We’ll walk through the ceremony to make sure everything runs smoothly on the big day. Please arrive on time!

Location: Ecco on Overton Park

Date: Friday, May 23, 2025

Time: 6:00 – 9:30 PM


Can I bring a plus one to the rehearsal dinner?

Due to space limitations, the rehearsal dinner is limited to those listed on the invitation. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.


What should I wear to the rehearsal dinner?

Attire is Cocktail Chic—dress to impress while keeping it fun and stylish.


Do I need to RSVP for the rehearsal dinner?

Yes! If you received an invitation, please let us know if you’ll be attending.


Will transportation be provided?

Transportation is not provided, but Uber and Lyft are readily available in Memphis if you need a ride. However, Ecco on Overton Park is just a 10-minute walk from the rehearsal location at The Prosser House for those who prefer to walk.


Anything else I should know?

Just come ready to enjoy a great evening of food, drinks, and celebrating with us before the big day!


Post-Wedding Brunch


What’s the plan for the morning after the wedding?

Join us for a low-key poolside brunch the morning after the wedding! It’s totally optional, so feel free to drop by for a relaxed time to unwind and enjoy some light bites.


When is the brunch?

The brunch will start around 11:00 am and wrap up around 1:00 pm. Come by anytime during the morning to hang out and enjoy the food!


Where is the brunch?

The brunch will be hosted by Nikki & Jeff Wright at their home in Chickasaw Gardens: 2875 Arawata Ln, Memphis, TN 38111.


Do I need to RSVP for the brunch?

While an RSVP isn’t mandatory, we’d really appreciate it if you could let us know if you plan to attend so we can plan for food and drinks!


Is the brunch formal or casual?

It’s a casual, relaxed gathering by the pool. Feel free to wear something comfortable and enjoy the easy-going vibe!


Will there be food at the brunch?

Yes! We’ll have a variety of light, grazing-style brunch options, along with coffee and mimosas. Food will be available while supplies last, so we recommend arriving early to enjoy everything!


Can I bring a plus one to the brunch?

The brunch is open to all guests from the wedding, but if you’re bringing a guest, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate them.
