We've been together for 10 years now, I think it's about time we get hitched, huh?!

Our forever after began in 2014 when we met at OCC in a Psychology class. Renee was 17, Mitch was 19. We were both so nervous around each other, but eventually started talking and having little crushes. We officially called it dating at a New Year's party to ring in 2015 (thanks, Mark!). Now, NYE will forever be a little more special for us.

We stuck together through Renee's schooling and Mitch's flight training. The 24/7 on-call traveling with Mitch's work was definitely a learning-curve for us.

Over time, we have shared so many memories and adventures together. Mitch taught Renee how to ski again; now we shred it up together. We have both always loved boating, so we do that a lot in the summer with friends and go crazy on our waverunner. We also love kayaking, hiking, flying, and just about anything outdoors.

Mitch bought an amazing house in 2019, which Renee slowly starting cluttering up, haha. We now call this humble abode in Waterford our home; especially after all of our renovation projects we have done together.

We got engaged on 9/30/23 in Caseville, MI, a very special place to Renee and her family. We went out for a routine pier sunset walk, and Renee was not suspecting a thing. She looked like a deer in headlights when the photographer started taking pictures of them walking up. Now, Caseville is even more special!
