We are very much looking forward to celebrating our wedding with you all! In order to keep all of our loved ones safe, and to comply with New York State guidelines, please note that certain protocols will be in place during the weekend. We will continue to update you here on any additional guidelines as we get closer to the wedding. We appreciate your attention to these guidelines and are looking forward to seeing you all soon!
Are guests required to have a negative COVID test to come to the wedding?
Yes. Pursuant to New York State guidelines, you will be required to show a negative PCR or NAATS COVID test within 72 hours of the event start, a negative FDA authorized rapid test taken within six hours of the event, or proof of having completed the COVID-19 vaccination series at least 14 days prior to the event, in order to attend. Upon entering the event, you will need to show the negative test or full vaccination card. A picture of these documents on your phone will suffice. We are also required by New York State guidelines to provide the venue with our guests’ contact information for contact tracing purposes.

Unfortunately, due to COVID restrictions, valet and coat check will not be available.
Will masks be required?
Yes. Masks are required except when sitting at a table.
Where can I get a COVID test?
While we strongly suggest anyone that needs a test get one prior to arrival per the COVID guideline timeline requirements, we understand it may not be that easy for everyone. So we have found a few local testing centers that provide rapid tests.
-----(1) ORANGE REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER (Garnet Health Med Ctr)
707 E Main St, Middletown, NY
845-333-7575 ext. 3
This is walk-in only but we suggest you call in advance of going in to confirm availabilities and wait times. -----
(2) HORIZON FAMILY MEDICAL GROUP
4 Coates Drive, Goshen, NY
800-859-0085
This is appointment only and there are limited spots available but they can make an appointment today for the day of the wedding. We suggest this as the best place to get tested on the day of the wedding as you can make advance appointments. -----

Are there COVID self-tests available?
Yes! This is news to us as well. Our venue, City Winery, pointed it out as an acceptable FDA authorized rapid test. It is called the "Abbot BinaxNOW COVID-19 Antigen Self Test". Check it out: https://www.cvs.com/shop/abbott-binaxnow-covid-19-antigen-self-test-2-tests-for-serial-testing-prodid-550147. We suggest this as the best option if you cannot get a negative test before the event, and are not fully vaccinated 14 days prior to the event. You would need to purchase this test in advance and take the self test within six hours of the event. You should have your results in 15 minutes of self-administering the test. Take a picture of the negative result and show it to the venue upon entering the event.
