Dr. George Walters-Sleyon is a pastor, an author, a professor, and a singer/songwriter with an interdisciplinary and international background in education, ministry, and the academy. He earned his PhD from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland/UK, where he studied Comparative Criminal Justice/Criminology, Practical Theology, and Ethics. He has a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) and S.T.M. from Boston University in the US, and his undergraduate degree from Ghana/West Africa. Dr. Walters-Sleyon has earned a teaching certificate as an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (AFHEA) of the United Kingdom. He is a McDonald Distinguished Fellow at Emory University’s Center for the Study of Law and Religion and an Associate Fellow at the Scottish Center for Crime and Justice Research in Glasgow/Scotland.
He teaches courses including Applied Ethics, Introduction to Philosophy, World Religions, Sociology and Criminology at Bunker Hill Community College and other universities in Boston. Dr. Walters has published five books and is the author of several articles: Locked Up and Locked Down: Multitude Lingers in Limbo Revised Edition (2017); Nuggets from the Night: An Anthology of Poetic Expressions (2020); Prison Chaplains on the Beat in US and UK Prisons (2021); God in the Name of God Jesus Christ (2022), and most recently: The Rush for Black Diamonds, Vol. One (2024). Dr. Walters-Sleyon is also an ordained elder in the African Methodist Episcopal Church and pastor of Bethel AME Church in Lynn/MA.

Sis. Alomiza (Alo, Mamie) Ennos is a former lawmaker/Representative in the Liberian House of Representatives. There she served as the Chair Emeritus of the Women Legislative Caucus (WLC). She is a very strong advocate for women and children. Besides her political career, Sis. Alo is a professional event planner.
She has a BSC in Management and a master’s in Public Administration. Sis. Alo presently serves as a consultant to the Honorable Caucus of the 54th Legislature in Liberia. She was born into the union of Musuline F. Rikberg and Dan O. Ennos.
