Your invite will be made out to "(Your name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. We unfortunately have a venue limit, thank you for understanding!

We love and adore your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults only event with the exception of a few that will be part of our ceremony. We encourage you to use this night as a fun date night! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Our dress code is semi-formal attire. We just ask no white please!

A time for the ceremony will be given on your formal invite and we ask that you arrive and be in your seat NO LATER THAN 15 minutes before the ceremony starts. You may arrive earlier than 15 minutes and it will give you time to park, sign the guest book, collect flowers from our petal bar, and find your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, the gates will be closed, once the ceremony has ended, they will open the gates for the reception.

Yes! There will be specialty cocktails during our cocktail hour, and liquor, wine, and beer during the reception. We ask that you be patient and respect our bartenders. Tips appreciated! Drinks on us, hangover is on you so get ready to celebrate!

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside under cover of trees, and the reception will be in an outdoor covered space. The dance floor will also be outdoors under the cover of trees.

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (No phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I DO!", we have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like!

Please kindly RSVP by September 7, 2024. We have to finalize food and drink contracts early, so if you cannot RSVP by the deadline you will sadly be missed.

We will be supplying alcohol and have a bartender service who will be handling the beverages. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages onto the premises.

We kindly ask that you leave your furry loved ones at home so you can enjoy a night out. Our venue is not pet friendly, and you will be turned away if they are brought.

There is plenty of parking at the venue, no one will have to park on the road. There will be attendants helping direct you.

While the cocktail hour and reception will be on hard ground, the ceremony will be on the grass so just choose accordingly!

We were not able to secure room blocks at any hotels, however there are many hotels and Air BNB's nearby in Wimberley.

While Austin is the closest airport, Austin City Limits will be taking place the same weekend, so it may be better to fly in to San Antonio International Airport.
