Q: When do we need to RSVP by?

A: Please RSVP by using the "RSVP" tab by February 25th, 2021. No late RSVP's will be accepted.

Q: Will the ceremony & reception locations be the same?

A: No, the ceremony will be held at the same hotel we have reserved for our guest room blocks. The hotel is Hilton Garden Philadelphia/ Ft. Washington. (For more information on hotel accommodations please see "Guest Accommodation" tab.) The reception will be held at Cairnwood Estates which is roughly 15 minutes away from the hotel.

Q. What is the dress code?

A. Dress code is formal/ semi formal. Please no jeans, timberlands, sneakers etc.

Q. Can I come if I did not RSVP?

A. Each guest is accounted for on a per plate basis ; because of this, you will not be permitted on the premises if you do not RSVP. All RSVP's are required in order to properly have the correct amount of vendor accommodations.

Q. What is the time of the ceremony and reception?

A. The ceremony will begin at 3pm. Then we will relocate to Cairnwood with a 4pm start time for cocktail hour. Reception will follow.

Q. Do you have hotel accommodations for guest?

A. Yes! We encourage all of our guest to book a room the night of the wedding if you are not local to Bryn Mawr, PA. We have a discount code to receive a room at a discounted price of $99 for the night. (Please see guest accommodations to book now)

Q. Are children allowed?

A. Please no children.

Q. Should I bring a gift?

A. Although they are appreciated, they are not required. We have all of our pots and pans so please do not feel obligated to spend on those things. However, we do have a registry set up. Please take a look at the "registry" tab for more information.

Q. Will you have live streaming for out of state family who can not physically make it or family and friends who may not attend?

A. We are working on possibly live streaming the ceremony. We will update all guest when we have a link available. If you are unable to attend, please decline the invite for the physical wedding so you are not accounted for, and look for updates about live streaming.

Q. What COVID measures are being implemented?

A. Since the wedding is in April, I feel confident enough to say, please continue all current safety measures ordered by the CDC(wearing mask or face shields, washing hands frequently etc.) We will also have hand sanitizer stations throughout the reception and ceremony. To take it a step further, I also encourage all guest to take a COVID test a few days before the wedding if possible.
