This beautiful park located in downtown Greenville features scenic walking trails, lush gardens, and the iconic Liberty Bridge overlooking the Reedy River and its waterfalls. It's a great spot for picnicking, photography, or simply enjoying nature.
The downtown area is vibrant and pedestrian-friendly, with an array of shops, restaurants, and art galleries to explore. Some of our favorites include Gather GVL, Judson Booksellers, Mast General Store, and River Street Sweets.
Located in Cleveland Park, the Greenville Zoo is home to a variety of animals from around the world, including giraffes, red pandas, birds, and primates. It's a family-friendly attraction with educational programs and events. This is also Ray's place of work!
Our favorite activities here have included the amazing natural landscape. Conestee Park is a natural preserve offering a tranquil escape and a wealth of outdoor activities. The park boasts several miles of well-maintained trails that wind through its varied landscapes. These trails are ideal for hiking, jogging, or simply enjoying a leisurely walk surrounded by nature. The park includes Lake Conestee, a 130-acre reservoir that provides additional recreational opportunities such as fishing (with a valid South Carolina fishing license), kayaking, and canoeing.
