If you are a day guest, the ceremony will be starting at 1300 and we would recommend arriving at least 20 minutes before. Unfortunately if you arrive once the ceremony starts, you will be unable to join us until the drinks reception at 1345. For our evening guests, you are welcome to join us from 1830!

As much as we love all of your little ones, we have chosen to keep this as an adult only event (with the exception of those in the bridal party). Thank you for understanding!

We kindly request that there are no photo's or video's taken during the ceremony. We have a wonderful photographer joining us on the day who will handle the ceremony photos, and we would hate to look back and see a sea of phones :P Please feel free to take as many photos as you like during the reception!

We have tried our best to accommodate all our guests, but space is limited. Due to this, only those named on the invitations are invited. We look forward to celebrating with our closest family and friends!

There is limited parking at the venue, if you are planning on driving, please can you let us know so we can allocate you a space. You are welcome to leave your car at the venue overnight if you do drive.

We have put a list of hotels together one our travel tab, however any hotel in Leeds or Harrogate city centre will work perfectly! Ubers / taxis know the venue well, and all of the wedding party is planning to go back to Leeds after too.

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day! Dress code is formal attire. I’m sure we don’t have to mention, but just in case… please no trainers, jeans or white dresses / suits.

Please indicate your allergies / dietary requirements on your RSVP. If anything changes before the wedding, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

Having you as part of our day is already a gift in itself! However, if you would like to get us something, we would love a contribution towards our honeymoon.
