To help us with our planning, we ask that you kindly RSVP by October 22nd,2025. If we don’t receive your RSVP by the date specified, we cannot make any exceptions and will have to mark you as a “no”. We need to provide the venue with the grand total of guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand!
ARE THE CEREMONY & RECEPTION AT THE SAME PLACE ?
Yes! Both will take place at The Abby Rose venue in Violet Louisiana. The ceremony will take place outdoors if weather permits, with the reception following indoors.
CAN I BRING A GUEST/ DATE
Due to the limited capacity we will only be able to accommodate those specifically listed out on invitation. Your invitation will be addressed as ( YOUR NAME ) + ( GUEST ) if a plus one is given to you. If you have any questions please reach out to either Rhiannon or Erick!
IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
YES! We are asking our guest to dress up with us! Semi-formal is required! We ask guest to please avoid wearing colors reserved to the bride- cream,beige, ivory or white. Please keep in mind, the ceremony is outdoors with the reception following indoors.
ARE KIDS ALLOWED?
Yes! We love them just as much as you love them so please bring them along! We just do advise you to please only bring your children! (No outside friends) As much as we want everyone to be here celebrating us we do have a limit capacity to follow! Also we would like if you can please watch your children at all times during ceremony and reception. Most importantly have fun!
CAN I TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?
We ask kindly to put away all technology and on silent for our unplugged ceremony. We have an incredible photographer who will be capturing every moment and who will absolutely share all those photos with you soon!
WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
Yes! We will have a full bar supplying unlimited drinks all night long.
