Their story isn't traditional in anyway. Shane and Rhiannon met on a dating app called Bumble. They matched a couple of weeks before New Years. Rhiannon ended up apologizing after New Years because she was taking long periods to respond to Shane due to roommate issues she was dealing with but also adjusting to her new job.

On January 7th Rhiannon called Shane on the phone and explained everything to him before going into work at the new position she took for the company she now works for. Shane and Rhiannon texted some more throughout the day between Rhiannon's two jobs and taking Lilly to the vet.

The next day Shane asked Rhiannon if she would want to meet up for a date, so she agreed and they went to LexLive and went out on an adventure that day and spent the entire day together from 11am.

A week after going on several dates they decided to make things official and have been together everyday since.

On April 14th, Shane asked Rhiannon to marry him. She of course said YES!

On June 8, 2023 Rhiannon and Shane both received some news that day and they decide to elope and marry a year early and surprise everyone.
