Our Wedding

Our story began in high school, where we first got to know each other as classmates. It wasn’t until our senior year, though, that we started spending more time together and realized there was something special between us. By the time we graduated, we were officially dating. Simon headed to North Dakota State University to study Engineering, while Rhiannon went to the University of Minnesota to pursue Psychology, Biochemistry, and Pre-Medicine. Despite the distance, we stayed close, and learned a lot about commitment, communication, and how to support each other, no matter what. After nearly five years together, we got engaged on the North Shore while overlooking the beautiful water of Lake Superior. It was a moment that reflected so much of our relationship—simple, meaningful, and full of love. Now, with Simon settled in the Twin Cities for work and Rhiannon starting Physician Assistant schooling, we are excited to continue this journey together and cannot wait for what is ahead.

From Highway 10 West: After coming through Royalton, take a right onto county road 34 (93rd Street), travel 12 miles, and the church will be on your right! From Highway 25 North: Easy Peasy! Continue North on Highway 25 until you reach Buckman, and the church will be on your left!
