Our list here is not comprehensive, but these are a few of our favorites. We’re excited for you to get to experience the city we love so much!

Public Garden

Quite literally the cow paths that started it all, the Boston Commons and Public Gardens are the green heart of the city. These once cow pastures were donated to the newly formed state as the nation's first public botanical garden. Whether you're looking for a short stroll, visiting the famous duckling family, or people watching this vibrant park is just a short walk from the Omni Parker Hotel.

Historic home and personal gallery of one of Boston's first socialites, this incredible museum offers a unique experience in the eclectic tastes of Isabella Stewart Gardner. Also home to one of the most well known art robberies, this spot offers a fascinating walk through history. It was one of Ria's favorite spots to stop for a glass of wine or coffee with coworkers at Boston Children's Hospital.

The Boston Museum of Science is a great time for all ages. Sitting over the Charles River, you can venture deep into the Hall of Human Life to learn about your body, or blast up where no man has gone before at the To the Moon exhibit. And you can't miss the Museum of Science planetarium, Boston's own immersive space gem.

Harvard Square

Home of the first university in America, Harvard Square hosts a ton of fun stores, restaurants, and activities on the Charles River. We strongly recommend perusing the Harvard Book Store before grabbing food at Felipes (get a quesadilla and a frozen margarita). Weather permitting take a paddle down the river!

Coolidge Corner

Another fun neighborhood, Coolidge Corner is right along the Boston Marathon Route. Right by Paul and Ria's old apartment, it was one of their favorite stomping grounds. A fantastic spot to do some light shopping at the Brookline Booksmith or the Boston General Store, make sure to grab a bagel at Kupel's or finish the night with a movie at the Coolidge Corner Theater.

Visit the Battle Green and stand where the "Shot Heard 'Round the World" started the American Revolution. Lexington is one of the oldest towns in the country, and in addition to being the birth place of American democracy, is also Paul's hometown and a fabulous community.

Woodman's of Essex

119 Main St, Essex, MA 01929, USA

Patent holder of the world famous "fried clam strip", Woodman's hosts some of the best sea food you'll ever have. Although a bit of a drive it's on route to Ipswich and our venue, plus the views of the ocean as you go north and the full belly you'll leave with will be worth the journey.
