Promptly 4:30 PM. Doors will close at 4:28 PM with no exceptions. We advise guests arrive no later than 4:15 PM to ensure adequate time for parking and seating. The doors will re-open at 5:00 PM for all guests who were unable to make the ceremony.

Nope! We will hold our ceremony promptly at the time stated on the invitation at the International Banquet and Conference Center. Cocktail hour and a formal reception will follow.

We will hold a mostly traditional reception. Expect formal dances and speeches, dinner (Chicken, Filet, Asparagus, and Three-cheese potatoes), and dancing. The bride and groom have chosen not to participate in a garter or bouquet toss. We will have a 360 video and photobooth for you to capture memories filled with love! At approximately 8:45 pm, the ambiance and music selection will shift from wholesome to worldly and become a 18+ event. Please govern yourself accordingly.

We do wish we could accommodate everyone and their desired plus one. However, when you RSVP, if you are not prompted to a add guest we have extended an invitation to you only! Please do not add additional guests to the open text field. We are unable to accommodate those who are not on the confirmed invitation list. Thank you for understanding!

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a filet and chicken entree. Vegetarian and Vegan meal will be available upon request. *Please indicate your allergies and meal preferences when you RSVP.

Yes, please wear semi-formal attire. We ask that you wear attire such as cocktail dress or a nice pantsuit for women and dress shirt and pants for men; jackets and ties are optional.

Whatever makes you feel the best! We have no restrictions on what color guests wear. We do ask that you refrain from wearing white or ivory and arrive in semi-formal attire.

We love and adore your children, but due to space and event age-restrictions we cannot accommodate guests under age 14 on our wedding day.

Valet is complementary for our wedding guests! If Valet is not for you, there are local parking spaces available near 400 Brush street! The ParkWiz app has all information about parking location and rates.
