Our Love Story 

Ricardo and Briana’s love story began in the most unexpected and charming way. A story they both look back on and laugh about now. One rainy morning in math class at Celia Cruz high school, Briana walked into class. Very late (might I add) and found Ricardo sitting in her seat. This was their first impression of each other. Unfortunately that day Briana was a little annoyed, and after a hard morning she asked him to move over. Instead of rightfully feeling annoyed right back at her response, Ricardo brought a seat from another desk and asked her to sit next to him with a kind and understanding grin. Briana, both surprised and charmed by his kindness, couldn’t help but smile. A small teenage crush turned into a life long love. That small, thoughtful gesture sparked a connection neither of them could have predicted. From that moment on, they were inseparable—best friends whose bond was built on love, laughter, and a deep, effortless connection. Though life led them on separate paths for a while, their love was never far from their hearts. Eight years later, in God’s perfect timing, their paths crossed again, and it was as if no time had passed. Their bond, built on years of friendship and mutual admiration, was now even stronger, with an even deeper understanding of the journey that had brought them back to each other. Ricardo and Briana’s love is a beautiful dance of shared passions, trust, and devotion. Together, they cherish their families with all their hearts, recognizing the gifts of love and support that surround them. Their days are filled with laughter, silliness, and the kind of joy that comes from truly knowing and loving one another. They find delight in meeting new friends, treating them like family, and embracing life’s moments—big and small. Their home is full of warmth—not just from their love for each other, but also from their cherished animals, from their playful cats to their fascinating pythons. Briana takes pride in watching Ricardo live out his passions, and in turn, Ricardo encourages Briana in her creative spirit, always reminding her that she is capable of achieving anything she sets her mind to. They share the mantra, “Anything you put your mind to, you can achieve it,” which motivates them both to pursue their dreams with unwavering belief in each other. Their love is also a love for adventure. They enjoy the peace and serenity of the outdoors, hiking together, and discovering new corners of the world hand in hand. But above all, they treasure the quiet moments of simply living life side by side, knowing that no matter where they go or what they face, they will always have each other. God is at the center of their love story, and with Him leading their way, they step forward into the future with faith, hope, and endless love. Their journey is grounded in the belief that all things are possible with God. ﻿Now, as they prepare to step into forever, Ricardo and Briana are filled with gratitude, love, and excitement for the future.
