Rooms are available to book Thursday, September 18th and/or Friday, September 19th. Rooms rates are $179/night (+taxes/any additional fees). Please keep in mind that check-in is 4:00 p.m. and the hotel specified that early check-in availability is not guaranteed. The deadline to book a hotel room within our wedding block (w/ discounted rate) is August 19th, 2025.

If you plan on staying at the Comfort Inn, please book as soon as possible as there are many weddings/concerts in the area, so rooms will sell out fast.

For guests staying at the Comfort Inn & Suites, a shuttle (D&D Transportation) will be provided to and from the wedding venue. It will begin picking up from the hotel entrance starting at 4:00 p.m. The last shuttle before the ceremony will be at 4:30 p.m. The shuttle will be available for guests to return to the hotel, the final return shuttle trip is scheduled for 12:15 a.m.
