After 19 years of love, laughter, and growing together, Rick and Maggie have finally decided to take the next step and make their bond official. Their journey has been filled with countless memories, shared dreams, and the strength to weather both the good times and the tough ones.

Rick and Maggie met each other through a mutual friend. They started out as acquaintances, then became friends after sharing many conversations. Before they knew it, they were in love and best friends, sharing their lives not only together but also with Rick’s two children—Kody (son) and Avery (daughter).

One of their earliest trips together was to Sun River, Oregon, where they played board games, battled on the plug-and-play Ms. Pacman, told stories, made dinners together, rode bikes, and floated the river.

They’ve continued to create memories as a family with additional trips to Sun River and many more visits to Lake Chelan, where the family camped, played games, soaked up the sun, and loved every minute of being on the lake. The family is up on the hill now, but we look forward to many more memories next to the pool with that unbelievable view.

Rick and Maggie balance each other out and have taught each other so much. If necessary, Rick can help Maggie to stay calm, while Maggie can help Rick to stay focused.

Rick loves making Maggie laugh—just to hear it. He loves her for her unwavering support in all he chooses to do and for always taking care of the family.

Maggie loves Rick for his thoughtfulness in the little things, his contentment with life, and his consistent support in all she does.

They work as a team! Maggie has supported Rick through his 15+ years of sports announcing, and Rick regularly listens to Maggie when she needs to work through a stressful day at work.

Rick and Maggie are both football fans. Maggie jumped on Rick's LA Chargers bandwagon right away (how could she not?). Since then, the two have watched them every Sunday during the season and traveled to multiple locations to watch them play.

Through the years, Rick and Maggie have made their house a home, experienced love from both sides of the family, attended weddings of friends, shared dinners and laughed with friends, and witnessed their family grow. They've also they've walked through the loss of parents and grandparents together - showing up for each other every time.

Rick and Maggie are proud new grandparents to their first granddaughter, Tatum Camille.

Their love has stood the test of time, and now, after two decades of building a life together, they’re ready to start this new chapter as husband and wife.
