If you’re planning to fly, you’ll want to book a flight into the Indianapolis International Airport (IND).

For an upscale experience, check out Bottleworks Hotel or Ironworks Hotel Indy. Bottleworks is walkable to lots of downtown locations and is 20 minutes from the Indianapolis Art Center, and Ironworks is about 10 minutes from the venue.

Indianapolis is hosting the 2024 U.S. Olympic Team swimming trials from June 15–23, so hotels will be booking quickly. If you’re having trouble finding a room in downtown Indianapolis, you might also look for hotels in Fishers or Carmel.

While we’re hopeful that COVID-19 will not be a major concern for our wedding day, we know that this virus has adapted many times, and there are always peaks in the summer months. We want to make sure you feel comfortable celebrating with us, and we also want to ensure our own health and safety.

Both our ceremony and reception will be taking place outside. Masks are not required at the event, but we respect your decision to wear one if you choose to do so!

We ask that if you have any Covid symptoms, or have been exposed to Covid within two weeks of our wedding, to please stay home. This is not a political statement but instead a heartfelt request because we do not want to be responsible for our beloved family and friends getting sick. There will be several immunocompromised folks attending our wedding, including the bride.

We are not at all asking you to change your stance on Covid or masking, but we hope that you will consider taking an extra layer of precaution in the week leading up to our wedding. Please consider taking a Covid test before you head to Indianapolis. If you’re traveling by plane or public transit, we ask that you consider wearing a high-quality, well-fitting mask.
