The ceremony portion will be outdoors as long as weather permits. The reception is indoors.

The ceremony is located in the back courtyard at the gazebo. The entrance will be on the right side of the conference centre, and can be accessed through the gates from the parking lot. Please arrive by 12:45PM so that we can promptly start at 1PM.

Please park to the right of the conference center and enter through the gates. There will be ample parking at the Golden Rice Bowl for the reception portion of the evening.

Yes, with exception to the ceremony as we trust our photographers to capture the moment. You are more than welcome to take photos after and share them with us on social media.

We ask that you RSVP by June 30th, so that we have an accurate headcount.

Please refer to your invitation when you RSVP - we have already reserved seats accordingly for those with their partner, family, and little ones.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we can ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, a contribution to our honeymoon would really make our day.
