We will only be doing RSVP online through our website to keep things organized. RSVPs will be sent at a later date and a response will be required by August 16th, 2025.

Sterling Hills Golf Club in Camarillo, CA, is located in Ventura County just north of Los Angeles and below Santa Barbara. For those travelling, the closest airports will be LAX and Burbank. Both airports will be ~ 1 hr drive to Camarillo so it is recommended to rent a car.

Great news! It is all in the same venue at Sterling Hills Golf Club so no transportation in between is necessary.

Security will allow guests to enter the wedding ceremony area at 4:45pm. The wedding ceremony will start at 5pm.

Currently, we have planned an outdoor wedding ceremony, followed by an indoors reception. If affected by weather, the ceremony will be moved fully indoors.

Plenty! There is a free parking lot located right in front of the venue. The venue has also allowed overnight parking with no charge so we highly recommend leaving your car if you have too much fun at the reception and need to catch an alternative ride home.

Yes! The venue has been vetted with ramps to all locations as well as ADA compliant restrooms.

We do not have room blocks reserved as we know many of you prefer to book with your hotel memberships. With that being said, there are plenty of options in Camarillo, Oxnard, and Thousand Oaks with hotels and AirBnBs.

Cocktail Attire. There is a color theme for our wedding, if you'd like to participate.

Our wedding color themes are blush pink, pink, sage green, ivory, and gold. We have a photo attached to the Q&A as a point of reference. Since we will not be doing wedding parties please join us in the color theme so we can capture the intimate moments with you. Of course, dress as you please in the attire.

After the ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres served, followed by a three-course sit-down dinner with steak & salmon entrées. When we send out the RSVPs, please let us know of any dietary restrictions or allergies you may have.

Open Bar! Soda, beer, wine, and spirits will be included. Please bring cash to tip our bar staff as they will working to host us all night.

+1s will be invite only and as much as we love your children, they cannot be accommodated at our wedding.
