Menu choices will be:
California chicken chardonnay- chicken breast dusted lightly with a seasoned flour, coated with dijon mustard and sherry, sauteed and served with a chardonnay, shiitake mushroom and scallion sauce atop yukon mashed potatoes
Encrusted salmon beurre blanc- salmon fillets, sprinkled with lemon and orange peel and lightly dusted with cajun seasoning
Boneless braised short ribs
All menu choices will be served with a house salad, whiskey candied carrots and garlic mashed potatoes
