The daily temperature in Costa Mujeres in February average around 80°F. The afternoons can be quite warm, with temperatures reaching their peak in the late afternoon. However, the evenings can be slightly cooler, so it is advisable to pack a light jacket or sweater for the nights.

The dress code for our wedding will be semi- formal. Feel free to add a tropical twist with bright colors, fun patterns, and linen! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be on the beach, so please consider the appropriate footwear. (Please no Tommy Bahama shirts.)

We ask that guests be limited to those included on the formal invitations.

While we adore your children, we kindly ask that this be a child-free evening.

The ceremony will start at 5pm. Please plan on arriving to the beach at 4:30p. Drinks to follow the ceremony at the Dunan Beach Bar and after the cocktail hour will be dinner, drinks, and dancing at the Poseidon Terrace. We look forward to celebrating with you!

We will have a room block for all of our guests at the Grand Palladium hotel in Costa Mujeres. We respectfully ask that you please book your stay at the resort using our travel agents to avoid additional costs for us and for you. Booking on your own and outside of the hotel block will likely incur higher nightly rates, and will cost us $100 per person. We have rooms booked out from February 4 through February 7, 2026, but please feel free to extend your stay when booking. There is a three night minimum required when booking.

The Cancun International Airport is the closet airport to the resort. Located just 19.7 miles away, the transfer to the Grand Palladium Resort and Spa will take roughly 40 minutes.

There will be the option to book Shared Roundtrip Airport Transportation for $85 USD per person. This private service is only shared with wedding guests arriving/leaving together (+/- 30min). If you would like to opt out of this service, then Ubers, taxis, etc... are also available to/from the airport.

We will provide multiple options for dinner. We will ask for your dinner selection and dietary restrictions or allergies on our RSVPs.

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking any photos during our wedding ceremony. We will have professional photographers to take care of that! Please feel free to take photos anytime following the ceremony.
