What is the address for your wedding venue?

Both the ceremony & reception will be held at White Pine Grove! 996 Co Hwy 3275, Perrysville, OH 44864 (additional directions & information can be found under the "Travel" tab)

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Yes! Parking is available on-site. The venue is handicap accessible.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

We would love to see our family & friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best semi-formal wedding attire. Men are encouraged to wear formal jeans or dress pants, and a dress shirt with dress shoes or your favorite pair of cowboy boots. Women are encouraged to wear sundresses, semi-formal dresses, or a skirt and top pairing, with fun, summer sandals, dressy shoes or your favorite pair of cowgirl boots. Bright, summer-time colors are encouraged. Please no holes in jeans & avoid shades of white. When considering your footwear, please note that the ceremony will be held in the Orchard, which is grassy, and the parking lot is gravel.

How can I RSVP?

Please refer to the "RSVP" tab on our wedding website to complete yours! This tab will become available closer to our wedding date.

What date should I RSVP by?

The final day to RSVP for our big day will be June 30th, 2025. We will send out one reminder as the RSVP deadline approaches, however, if you do not RSVP by June 30th, we will assume you are not able to attend & will not have a seat for you.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be outdoors, cocktail hour will be a combination of indoor & outdoor, and the reception will be held inside the air conditioned barn.

Can I bring a date/guest?

Due to our venue's capacity, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited to our wedding. Please refer to your invitation and RSVP to confirm who we have reserved a seat for. Thank you for understanding & please feel free to reach out to the bride & groom directly with any questions.

Are kids allowed?

We love your children, but due to our venue's restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under the age of 21 on our wedding day.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Please arrive no earlier than 3pm, to allow time for parking & finding your seat. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm. Any guests that arrive beyond 3:25pm will be ushered to a separate nearby location to avoid distractions during our ceremony.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be silenced & put away. We want everyone to be fully present with us! We have put our full faith & trust in our photographer & videographer to capture our precious moments without interruption. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you would like & don't forget to share them with us! Once we have our completed photo & video albums, we will share them with you!

Can I post wedding photos on social media?

Yes, PLEASE do, and tag us, using our wedding hashtag #ForeverBeZeiter! This way we can see our wedding day from your point of view :)

What is your wedding hashtag?

#ForeverBeZeiter

Do Cell Phones work at your venue?

The Mohican Forest area is infamous for spotty cell phone service. Verizon is usually much better than AT&T. Often service is stronger outside than inside the barn. Also, service will frequently be spotty on the drive here when you are within about 10 minutes from the venue. Saving your directions to your phone is a good idea.

Never fear! The bride & groom will provide the WIFI password prior to your departure to ensure you can get your directions home.

Where to send gifts if I cannot attend the wedding?

We will miss you! Thank you for thinking of us regardless. If you cannot attend our wedding, gifts & cards can be mailed to our home address, which was included as the return label of the invitation you received. If you need our address again, please feel free to reach out to the bride & groom directly.

What do I do if I can't make it?

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible by completing your RSVP as "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

I have more questions about your wedding, who can I contact?

Please reach out to the bride & groom directly.
