WELCOME!Our wedding will be at the&nbsp;Finest Playa Mujeres&nbsp;Resort, a modern and luxury all-inclusive resort, 30 minutes north of the Cancun International Airport.The resort is all-inclusive and family friendly! All meals, snacks and drinks (including alcohol), are included and unlimited. There's 12 restaurants, a food truck, bars and lounges and 24-hour room service. There's also plenty of activities for adults and kids!There's also a strict dress code when dining at certain restaurants. Please visit the Finest website for more details. RESERVATION MODIFICATIONS

The best way to make any modifications to your reservation before the promocode deadline is by calling the Call Center. Confirm over the phone the promocode CKWJUN26FPM is still applied to your reservation. Travel

AIRPORT

When booking your flights, you should plan to fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN). The resort is approximately 30 minutes north of the airport. Search for the best flight deals on sites like Google Flights, Hopper, SkyScanner, etc but book your flight on the actual airline's website.Please book the flight that works best with your schedule. We highly encourage guests to arrive no later than June 18, 2026 to join in on all the wedding events. The wedding ceremony is on June 19, 2026. If you arrive before check-in time, you can use all the amenities which include pools, restaurants, activities etc. Pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities to utilize at the resort while you wait for your room to be ready. The lobby will hold your luggage for you and keep it safe until your room is ready.

TRANSPORTATION

Private transportation to and from the airport is complimentary when you book a minimum of 3 nights with our promocode. The transportation company, Seasons Tours, is the resort’s in-house transportation company. Seasons will provide 1 complimentary transfer per room reservation. Keep this in mind if you are rooming with someone that will fly in on a different flight. Try to book flights that arrive and depart around the same time otherwise one of you will have to purchase a separate transfer.Because there can be flight changes, it is recommended to schedule your transfer no earlier than 1 month from your arrival but it is required no later than 1 week before your arrival. PASSPORT

You will need a valid passport to travel to Cancun, Mexico. The resort will also ask for your passport when you check in for your stay.Please note that your passport needs to be valid for at least six months after your travel dates. This means your passport cannot have an expiration date prior to December 25, 2026. If your passport does expire within six months post-travel, you must renew your passport. If you have a US passport, you do NOT need a Visa to travel to Cancun.

DO I HAVE TO STAY AT FINEST RESORT? Because the resort is highly secured, those who do not have room reservations are not allowed on the premises.   CAN I BOOK THE MEMBER'S RATE OR THE NON-REFUNDABLE RATE? Unfortunately NO. In order to be considered part of the wedding group and be able to attend every wedding event, every guest must book the GROUPS RATE with our promocode CKWJUN26FPM. It does not require a deposit to book, it will include free cancellation up until 24 hours from arrival and also free transportation to/from the airport.   WHAT DOES ALL-INCLUSIVE MEAN? While we love your little ones, to stay within the capacity allowed for our wedding venue we are only allowing children of immediate family and wedding party to attend. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.   CAN I BRING A GUEST? We would love to have more guests at our wedding but unfortunately we're limited due to the venue's capacity. Please refer to your invitation or RSVP form. You're welcome to travel with a friend to accompany you at the resort during your stay. Just a friendly reminder that they will not be able to attend the wedding events. Thank you for understanding.   DIFFERENCES BETWEEN ROOMS? There are 3 different suite levels: Finest suites, Finest Club suites, and Excellence Club suites. Rooms with the word “club” are suites with these special benefits and perks: -1 complimentary aqua hydrotherapy circuit treatment at the Spa -access to 2 additional club restaurants -access to the club pools and club beach areas -upgraded premium liquor in your suite -private check in and check out -early check in and late check out (based on availability) -fresh flowers and wine in suite upon arrival -upgraded room service menu -plus other perks listed on their website under the Club option   Finest Club suites are family friendly. Any modifications after April 10, 2026 will cancel your current reservation and it will automatically be rebooked at the current resort rates, which will be much higher as the wedding date approaches.   Also, make sure your card on file has not expired as your card on file will be charged ~30 days before your arrival. Please include any dietary restrictions you may have.   WHAT IF I HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS? Let us know of any dietary restrictions through the RSVP form. We want to make sure you're taken care of!   During check-in, the resort will ask if you have any dietary restrictions as well and tie this information to your room number. This is to make sure you have a comfortable stay!   IS THERE A DRESS CODE FOR THE WEDDING? The dress code for our wedding is beach semi-formal.   WHAT IS THE RESORT DRESS CODE? All restaurants at Finest require a certain dress code. Please visit the resort website or click <a href="https:" />HERE</a> to see the different type of dress code required at each restaurant.   In short, men must wear shirts with sleeves or collars at every restaurant. Some restaurants require pants for men. Some restaurants do not allow casual sandals for either men nor women. Please pack accordingly to be able to enjoy every restaurant on the property.   WHAT SHOULD I PACK? Your outfit for the wedding (Please see above), your outfit for the welcome event, swimwear, sunscreen, bug spray, medicine, etc.   Although the resort is all-inclusive, we recommend to bring $1 & $5 USD bills to tip the staff you believe is doing an outstanding job. Tips are never expected but certainly appreciated by the staff.   WHAT ACTIVITIES DOES THE RESORT OFFER? The resort offers many things to do. Seasons Tours is the in-house preferred vendor for excursions for Finest. They have a desk area on the first floor of the lobby at Finest that you can visit to set up any excursions while at the resort or you can email them ahead of time to set up any excursions.• The&nbsp;Playa Mujeres Golf Club&nbsp;is located next to our resort. You can arrange to play through the concierge desk or schedule to play before your arrival.• Visit&nbsp;Isla Mujeres, a small tropical island a boat ride away. You can take a nearby ferry to and from the island. This is a perfect half-day or full-day visit to their beautiful waters, beaches and restaurants. You can explore the island by bike, golf cart or by walking!•&nbsp;Tulum&nbsp;is a great day adventure and is located 2-3 hours south from the resort. Here you can find ruins, cenotes, nightlife and great restaurants!•&nbsp;Chichen Itza&nbsp;is one of the world's wonders of the world and is located 2-3 hours west of the resort.
