Our journey began in the winter of 2017, when we met through mutual friends within the same circle. Back in middle school, no one — truly no one — would have imagined that our paths would lead us here today.
At the time, both of us had recently experienced breakups within the same month. On a whim, I (Riley) decided to send Jacob a playful message asking if he would be my Valentine in February 2018, never expecting him to take it seriously. To my surprise, he responded that he would love to — and that lighthearted moment became the beginning of something truly special.
We officially became a couple on March 2, 2018. Since then, we have shared many wonderful highs and weathered our fair share of challenges, but never a single regret. Over the years, we have grown both individually and together, learning so much about one another along the way. Each chapter of our story has shaped us into the people we are today — and now, we are so excited to begin this next chapter as husband and wife.
