Our Wedding

In 2012, we met in John and Alex Clouse’s basement at a typical college house party. While Jose was worried about winning in beer pong, Riley was raiding Alex’s closet for the perfect outfit to wear. The Clouse’s house became a common meeting place where we would spend our Saturday nights as well as holiday celebrations. It wasn’t until the Clouse’s had their joint bachelor/bachelorette party in the Ozarks in July 2016 that sparks began to develop. Shortly after the bachelor party, Jose visited Riley in Vermillion South Dakota taking her to her favorite restaurant right after breaking her favorite sandals 😜 The relationship was solidified 2 days after Clouse’s wedding on September 5th 2016.  After many years of long distance, the relationship thrived on traveling, weddings, and brewery visits.  Our adventure brought us back to where it all began when we bought our first home in Crete in May 2022.

<p>Since we want all of our guests to be able to enjoy their evening without issue, we are providing a bus to transport guests from the hotel to the event hall. The bus will be leaving Residence Inn at approximately 4:50pm and will be returning at approximately 11:30pm. Let us know if you have questions on this! </p>
