Please arrive 15 minutes early so you have time to find a seat and get settled before the ceremony starts!

The ceremony will be outdoors at the venue! Before the ceremony, we ask that you find a seat and remain outdoors as the venue staff will be working inside. If the weather conditions do not allow an outdoor ceremony, we will move the ceremony indoors. The reception will take place indoors. Be sure to be prepared and dress accordingly for the July weather.

Since we will be traveling to Kansas City from Seattle, we will not be able to travel with gifts. With this, we ask that any physical gifts purchased from our registry be shipped to our address in Washington.

Due to limited space, we ask that you bring only those specifically listed on your invite. If you have a significant other that is not listed on your invite, feel free to reach out to Michael or Riley!

Atwell hotel (see travel page for details on Atwell hotel) will run a shuttle to/from the venue. Depending on how many guests are using the shuttle to the wedding, multiple shuttles may be needed which will impact commute/arrival time. During your stay in Kansas City, Atwell hotel also offers a shuttle to Zona Rosa, a nearby shopping/dining area.
