Please enjoy complimentary parking at the venue. While we love and adore your little ones, we have chosen to have this be an adult-only event. Alexandria Marie De Mars

Born and raised in San Diego, California, Alexandria grew up with a big heart for people and determined to make a difference in the world, just like her parents Don and Karen. Known for her heart of gold and silly nature, she has always been able to bring light and laughter to those around her. With having 2 older brothers and coming from a big family, naturally it made her competitive. She discovered her first love, cheerleading, at the age of 6 and continued to have a passion for the sport for 17 years all together.   After graduating high school, she went on to attend San Diego State University where she was on the university's cheer team for 4 years and graduated with her Bachelors in Anthropology. She didn’t want to stop there, so she continued her education and went on to receive her Masters of Occupational Therapy from the University of St Augustine for Health Sciences.

Thomas Riley Simmons

Riley was born in Rapid City and raised in Hot Springs, South Dakota. Growing up he was known for being the shy kid, but as he got older, his more outgoing side came out. From the age of 5 he actively was involved in sports, with football and basketball being his favorite. He graduated from Mitchell Technical Institute with his Associates degree and earned his welding certification. One day he woke up feeling dangerous so he decided to enlist in the United States Marine Corps, where he was stationed at Camp Pendelton in San Clemente, California as an enlisted Machine Gunner for 4 years. He is now working for the elevator union as an elevator constructor apprentice.

Drumroll...

In August 2022, Alex and Riley met after finding each other on a dating app. Little did Alex know…Riley had seen her at a concert months prior to them actually meeting each other.   Alex's mom had always told her that when she met her person she would just know...and boy was she right!   On August 21st, on their anniversary and after Alex's graduation, Riley surprised her and got down on one knee in a beautiful field in Alpine, and she said yes!

We will be staying at the Pala Casino and Resort for the weekend. Rooms can be booked together if requested. We will come back to the resort after the wedding to continue the party. You are more than welcome to stay at another hotel if you would like and still come back to the resort to continue the celebrations with us. The closest areas to the venue and resort are Fallbrook or Temecula.

San Diego International airport is the closest airport to the wedding venue and resort in Fallbrook. It’s 54 miles away from the resort and about an hour drive without traffic
