In January 2020 I, Riley Vance, started working at a local Italian Restaurant named Ceramis. This is also where Trey worked at the time... Little did I know this would be where I would meet the love of my life.

It wasn't til fall 2020 until I started giving Trey a little bit more attention. I was in school at the time and only worked the weekends. But Every weekend I worked Trey would ask me on a date. He was very persistent on taking me out and treating me right. I said no a couple times because he was just too good to be true. I didn't wanna mess things up. He was perfect! But I finally said Yes, I'll go on a date with you.

We went on our first date October 19, 2020 and have been dating ever since. It wasn't but a week and we both were in love. After a month of officially dating we went to New Orleans, Louisiana. This would only be the first of our many adventures.

In just our first year of dating we tried so many foods and went to so many different places. From Day Trips to Hattiesburg to going to Lollapalooza in Chicago. Becoming obsessed with Birria Tacos to actually liking salad. I loved the life we were creating together.

Finally in February 2023 Trey Proposed!! I thought we were just going to see his dad in North Carolina but Trey had other plans. We went to this beautiful winery at Point Lookout one night. I thought we were just taking some photos outside and then that's when it happened. Trey got on one knee. I was so surprised and so happy.

I have absolutely loved being engaged but I can not wait to make this man my Husband. The best part of this whole process is Trey being by my side in every decision. He wants to help in any way he can so I won't have to worry at all. I am one lucky girl!
