The Ceremony will take place at Base Camp near the rock wall and glamping sites. If weather does not cooperate we will move the ceremony to the Event Lodge. The reception will be located at the Events Lodge.

Guests a part of our Home Base lodging will be expected to stay from Wednesday October 22nd until Friday October 24th.

Your save the date would include an insert explaining lodging. If you did not get an insert we encourage you to book through local hotels and Airbnb's. More info is on the Travel tab.

We love all our families little ones, but due to the style/experience of our wedding weekend we ask to keep little ones at home.

All on site accommodations include kitchens (minus the glamping options). So please feel free to bring any food and drink you’d like. There are restaurants nearby as well, but your own food is encouraged due to this being a two day event. We’ve got you covered on the wedding day with a cocktail hour, dinner and drinks but you may want to bring some extras!
