The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will take place at Bay View Weddings at Gallagher Farms. The ceremony will be held at an outdoor overlook site on the property about a quarter mile away from the reception tent and parking. A shuttle will be available upon arrival to transport guests to and from the parking lot to the ceremony site. The reception will be held under a marquee tent on the property.

We will be providing a shuttle service to and from the Courtyard Traverse City (3615 W South Airport Rd West, Traverse City, MI 49684) before and after the ceremony. The first shuttle will depart at 3PM, so please plan to arrive early to ensure you're on board. We encourage everyone to take advantage of this service for a stress-free experience!

Yes! We just request that guests pick up their car by noon the next day.
