Our love story began in Burbank Ca, back in 2009 thanks to a social media website called Myspace. Having mutual friends guided Risa and Fernando to each other's DMs'. A few months after getting to know one another they decided to meet at a public place "The Burbank Mall". They both brought a friend and decided to watch a movie. Mid-movie they decided to leave and walk the mall. This gave them time to get to know one another away from the computer screen and phone. Weeks of hanging out turned into months of hanging out until Fernando asked Risa to be his girlfriend on her 18th birthday. The rest was history!

They've watched each other grow up from being teenagers to adults. They have witnessed each other in different stages of their lives. For example, getting their first jobs, getting their driver's license, graduating high school, buying their first cars, buying a home, and excelling in their careers. Most importantly, they welcomed a baby girl, Zoey, who has made their pack complete this year. A few months ago, Fernando finally popped the question on Labor Day after getting home from a family trip in Solvang. Risa of course said yes! They couldn’t be more ready to marry each other and share this moment with their daughter.

Overall, they have had their share of beautiful moments as well as hardships yet are still working through it all. They understand that marriage is full of many ups and downs, adventures, and incredible memories.
