Yes, a shuttle service from the hotel (Embassy Suites) will be provided. However, anyone is welcome to drive if they wish to do so. You are not required to use the shuttle service if staying at the hotel.

We kindly ask that guest not request music as Ritessh and Heather have worked very hard with their DJ in order to get a playlist they love.

As this is a long day we wanted to make sure every guest is taken care of. We will be providing an Indian buffet lunch, cocktail hour with hot and cold hors d'oeuvres, and finally a western buffet dinner.

Yes! We know that many of our guest are vegetarian. Each time food is served, there will be vegetarian options.

We will have a wide verity of mixers, spirits and other alcoholic beverages provided to all guests through the open bar service. There will also be water, soda, tea and coffee available.
