Please RSVP by December 15th.
What is the address of the wedding ceremony and reception venues?
Our venue's address is Cabaret Lion d'Or, 1676 Ontario St E Montréal, Quebec, H2L 1S7.
Is there parking available near your wedding venue?
Between 17h and 18h30, the streets Champlain, La Fontaine, and Cartier offer the best parking possibilities. From 18h00, the parking bans are lifted, and the sidewalks are freed up on the east side (18h30) and the west side (18h00) of Papineau St, as well as the south side sidewalk of Ontario St. (19h00). Outside of rush hour: No problem to park along neighboring streets. Nearby paying parking: Hospital Notre-Dame – access from Plessis St (north of Ontario St.).
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Our afternoon ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will take place indoors.
Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
We have reserved a room block at [hotel name]. Please book your stay by [insert cut off date] to guarantee a room in our block. Use the code [insert code] or mention the Ignatowski Pacheco wedding to receive our reduced rate while booking.
What should I do if I don't make it into the room block?
If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, contact the hotel and mention our wedding anyway—they may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside of our block. If not, you can find additional nearby accommodations on our travel page.
What's the best airport to use?
Montréal–Trudeau International Airport (YUL) is the closest airport. The hotel will be easily accessible from YUL via taxi, public transit, or ride-share.
What's the dress code for your wedding?
Our dress code is cocktail; cabaret attire is encouraged but optional. We want you to have fun in our Art Deco Cabaret preserved from 1930, so if it isn't a significant obstacle, bring us your inner Satine and Christians to the party.
What is the weather and climate like in the area?
In early May, Montréal typically experiences spring-like weather with mild temperatures and a chance of rain. The average high temperature is around 66°F (19°C), and the average low is about 47°F (8°C). Locals often describe the weather as mildly cool, especially in the evenings. You'll find a coatroom at the venue.
Am I allowed to bring my children?
Unfortunately, this is a kids-free celebration. We love your children, but we cannot accommodate guests under 15 on our wedding day due to space restrictions and layout.
Will there be an open bar?
An open bar will be for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception.
Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 3808 Hargis St, Austin TX 78723 USA or visit our registry on this website.
What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
The doors to the venue will open thirty minutes before our ceremony time, which is 4:30 pm. We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 20 minutes before the start time to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space and find a seat.
What time will your wedding reception end?
The reception will wrap up around 1:00 am unless our dance floor is too electrifying to leave. In that case, we might just keep it going!
Is there an after-party?
Maybe we only need to count how many of you fit in our hotel room; we'll keep you posted.
Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
Yes, follow the camera rules we'll have at your table that day.
Anything else we need to know?
Not really! Everything you need is right here. If you can't find something, text or email us. We're happy to help and can't wait to celebrate with you!
