We "met" for the first time through the world of online dating, A.K.A Hinge. After messaging for a few short days, we decided to meet in person. Our first date took place on June 5th, 2023 in Carpinteria, CA. We got sushi, walked down to the beach, and around the main street, while talking the entire time.

Even though Robbie had a trip planned soon after our first date, he and I knew almost immediately that we wanted to get to know each other more. The desire to spend more time with each other and get to know each other better was so strong that Robbie and I had our second date just a few short days after he returned from his trip to Iceland. We met up at Fluid State, walked down along the pier in Ventura, and talked late into the night until we decided we should probably both head home.

Something that Robbie and I have said countless times is, "When You Know You Know" (which, not so coincidentally is the title of one of the best songs ever by the Beths). The more time we spent together, the more we realized how true that phrase really is. We realized how much we had in common, and we even questioned how we hadn't met sooner. One thing was for sure: we both quickly realized that we knew.

When it comes to our relationship, we both wholeheartedly agree with the statement, "When you know you know." We can't wait to spend the rest of our lives together, and we're so excited to invite all of you to come and help us start off our lives together in the best way possible: by getting married!
