WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?
Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before the official ceremony start time to be seated before the proceedings. The official ceremony start time will be listed on the formal invitation. If you are staying at the hotels, the shuttle bus will be picking up at 3:30pm to take you to the venue.


IS THE EVENT INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?
Weather permitting, our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The reception will be indoors with access to the garden space.


IS THERE PARKING/TRANSPORTATION?
Yes! There is complimentary parking at the venue. We also will be providing shuttle transportation to and from the hotels and venue.
Pick up from hotels: 3:30pm
Pick up from venue: 10pm


WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting formal attire. Suits, Tuxedos, Midi or Floor length dresses are appropriate.
