Although we cannot predict the exact weather, temperatures in South Dakota in July are typically around 70-80 degrees during the day and 60-70 degrees at night.

We have reserved hotel room blocks for guests at three great hotels! Please see our "Hotel Information" page for more information.

We have arranged for a shuttle to transport guests to and from the hotel and venue. Please meet in front of the hotel at ....... The shuttle will return to the hotel at ......

There is a parking lot outside of the Meadow Barn but it is somewhat limited. For this reason, we suggest taking the shuttle, carpooling, or taking an Uber or Lyft!

No, the apples are the Meadow Barn's property. Please be respectful as it is a U-Pick orchard. Do not pick them, take them off the property, or destroy them.

We have hired a professional photographer to capture our special day and ask that you please do not use your phone at all during the ceremony. However, you are more than welcome to take photos and videos for the rest of the night!

After we say "I do," we welcome our guests to attend a cocktail hour inside of the Meadow Barn where drinks will be available at the bar for purchase. The bridal party will arrive and supper will begin around 6:30pm.

We will not be providing an open bar but we would love for our guests to enjoy an alcoholic beverage! Our bar will accept payment in the form of cash or credit card. The bartender will require identification from all patrons who may not appear to be of legal drinking age. No more than two drinks will be served to a patron at one time and the Meadow Barn reserves the right to refuse service to anyone based on their judgment if individuals appear to be intoxicated, belligerent, or unruly.

No!! Our venue will impose fines if outside alcohol is brought onto the site or if ANY alcohol is brought into the parking lot. There will be a full bar service available for purchase during our reception!

Our wonderful caterers will be serving ......... If you have any dietary restrictions please notify Mayson or Robbie by June 18th!

No smoking is permitted inside the building. However, smoking is permitted outside in designated areas. Cigarettes must be disposed of properly, not thrown on the ground.
