When is the RSVP deadline?

• Kindly RSVP by February 20th, 2026, to help us prepare an accurate head count for the venue.

Can I bring a plus one?

• We kindly ask that only guests listed on the invitation attend. If you received a plus one, it will be indicated on your invitation.

Can I bring my child?

• We love your little ones, but our celebration will be adults only unless otherwise specified on your invitation.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

• Please plan to arrive by 4:00 PM so everyone can be seated and ready for the ceremony to begin promptly at 4:30 PM.

Are the ceremony and reception in the same location?

• Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Blue Heron Pines.

Is the ceremony outdoors?

• We’re planning for an outdoor ceremony, but we have until the day of the wedding to make a final decision. Please keep this in mind when choosing your attire.

Will there be an open bar?

• Yes, we’ll be offering a full bar for guests to enjoy throughout the celebration.
