Robert and Susan met in college where Robert was studying engineering and Susan was studying to be a nurse. They lived in the same apartment building and began to talk to each other daily. These interactions lead to Robert eventually asking Susan to be his girlfriend. After this they dated for 6 months before they became roommates. After another 6 months passes, Robert takes Susan on a trip to Gulf Shores where Robert got on one knee and proposed to her on a boat out in the ocean. Susan Said yes without hesitation.
