Reservation Method:

Reservations will be made by each individual guest prior to the cutoff date (6.27.24). There is a booking link by clicking "Website" which will direct you to a link or code for reserving a room. Guests may also contact the hotel at 734.354.0001 to make their reservations and book into the Pohl-Smith Wedding Group for July 26, 2024-July 28, 2024.

Guarantee and Billing:

Guarantee Method: A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee individual reservations.

Guests will be responsible for all charges, unless special payment arrangements have been made in

advance.

Cut off Date: 06/27/2024

Your rooms will be held out of general inventory for your exclusive use until this date. After the cutoff

date any remaining rooms not reserved from your block will revert back into general inventory. Any

rooms or reservations requested after the cut date of 06/27/2024 will be made available providing the

hotel has rooms. Room rates may be at the current prevailing rates.

Cancellation Policy:

Individual reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the date of arrival to avoid any

penalties of one night room and tax charges.

Parking

The Hilton Garden Inn offers free parking for guests staying overnight.

The Hilton Garden Inn will provide a complimentary shuttle service at the following times.

Leaving Hotel for ceremony/reception:

Pick up from reception to hotel:
