We have booked a block of rooms with a group rate for both Friday and Saturday nights. The hotel will only hold the reservation until 45 days prior to the wedding. So please try to book by January 22, 2025. If you book closer to the date, the hotel will still honor the group rate, but will not guarantee room availability.

To book a room you just need to call the hotel and tell them that the reservation is for the Fields/Shumaker wedding.
