This all started on the 1st day of 6th grade in 2011, Daniel was in my gym class and we got stuck next to each other because of alphabetical order (L,M) we became friends from there, we went trick or treating together from 6-9th grade.. and of course I used to “bully” Daniel because I had a crush on him alllll throughout middle school and into high school. In high school we stayed friends, we even had a few classes together in college at Harper. We didn’t talk much, or see each other for a few years after college until one day he showed up at my 22nd birthday party in the city (where I lived at the time) and about a year later we ran into each other again at our favorite local bar Mrs. P & Me, and from January of 2023 on we became pretty much inseparable. Ahh how I’d like to thank Lincoln Middle School for introducing me to (little did I know then) the man I would end up marrying.

This picture is the first picture we have together, the beginning of our story... We both love Halloween, me of course more than Daniel does, but we did use to fight over candy all the time in his basement in middle school, and we still do fight over candy.

One thing is if you were to tell past Daniel and Robin that we would be getting married we would both be BAFFLED. “the girl that used to bully me in middle school is my WIFE?” “the boy I used to have a crush on when I was 11 is my HUSBAND?”
