Our Ceremony will take place at Bella Sera, 414 Morganza Road, Canonsburg PA 15317 at 5:00 PM immediately followed by cocktail hour and the reception.
What time should I arrive for the Ceremony?
Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony begins to take your seat and get settled in.
Will the wedding day events be held indoors or outdoors?
Weather Permitting, Our ceremony will be held outdoors. Cocktail hour and the reception will be held indoors.
What is the dress code?
We ask that our guests dress in black-tie optional or formal attire. Men may wear a tuxedo or formal suit. Women may wear a floor length dress, pantsuit, or formal cocktail length dress.
Is there parking at the venue? Will transportation be provided?
For our out of town guests or any other guests staying at the hotel, we will have shuttles available to and from the venue. Bella Sera does have their own parking lot for any guests choosing to drive themselves.
Can I bring my kids?
While we love the little ones, we are having an adults only ceremony and reception with the exception of our flower girl. We ask that you please find a sitter for the evening of the wedding so you may celebrate with us all night!
What kind of food will be served?
There will be light hors d’oeuvres and a cookie table during cocktail hour followed by a plated dinner during the reception.
What is the best way to let you know of any dietary restrictions?
Please note any dietary restrictions on your RSVP card so that we may coordinate with the caterer.
Will alcohol be served?
We will have an open bar with beer, wine, and various liquors beginning at the start of cocktail hour.
Have you reserved hotel room blocks for out of town guests?
We do have blocks of hotel room blocks reserved for any guests wishing to stay overnight. Please see the travel page of our website for more information!
I’m visiting from out of town. What else is there to do in Canonsburg?
Canonsburg is roughly a 30 minute drive from downtown Pittsburgh. Please see the Things To Do page of our website for any information on other activities during your stay.
Can I take my own photos and videos during the Ceremony?
We have chosen an amazing photographer and videographer to document our special day, so we ask that our guests please turn their phones off during the ceremony. You may take as many photos and videos as you’d like during cocktail hour and the reception and share them on social media with our hashtag #RobinLovesDerek.
