How Do I RSVP?
Use the RSVP feature on this website AND let us know directly via call, email, text, social media or other form of communication (in-person, verbally, digitally, etc). The sooner the better! The absolute LATEST is by June 1st so we can lock in numbers for our caterer. Please let us know ASAP if you know you cannot attend…. No hard feelings if you cannot make it
“Plus One”?
If your “+1” did not receive an individual invite or it wasn’t made clear by us during initial communication, PLEASE ask before assuming…. This is so we can confirm a proper guest count for food & drink, seating, etc
Are Children Welcome to the Wedding?

Is there a color scheme or theme?
Yes, our color scheme is “green, gold, & white” but wear whatever makes you feel amazing! We do not have a specific ‘theme’
Attire?
Dress appropriately for the weather! The ceremony will be exclusively indoors and the reception will be indoors with outdoor elements (the patio as well as the waterfront beach area of the lodge). No requirement for “suit & tie”; although, you will certainly look & feel amazing if you choose to put on one of _those_ outfits... those outfits you rarely find reasons to break out of the closest (;
At the end of the day, wear whatever you would like!
Transportation?
Carpooling is strongly recommended not only to promote camaraderie with friends & family, but also to ensure less gas usage, lower individual cost, to encourage nobody being late/left-behind, guarantee that there will be plenty of parking spots, and accountability for sober-driving (:
Ceremony Parking?
PRIMARY: Pursuit Seattle Church Campus Parking—reserved for immediate family & people with difficulty walking (you will know if you have a spot in this lot) | SECONDARY: Tons and tons of parking available on and around the University of Washington Seattle Campus! https://transportation.uw.edu/files/media/UW-TS-Parking-Lots-2019-01.pdf *** https://transportation.uw.edu/park/visitor/self-serve
Waterfront Lodge Reception Parking?
200+ parking spots on-site!
Food & Dietary Restrictions?

Be sure to eat a hearty lunch before the ceremony so you are not too hungry during it {PREFACE} If the following list does not appeal to you or you know you will not be able to consume the official options, please do not be hesitant to bring your own food for sustenance********* On top of the traditional chips & soda combos, the following will be available: Cocktail Hour Hors D'oeuvres—Layers of black beans, three cheeses, sour cream, pickled jalapenos, pico de gallo and guacamole, served with house-made tortilla chips; Seasonal fruit arranged on a platter [Vegan, GF]; Fresh veggies and dip arranged on a platter [GF, Vegetarian] | Main Meal—Two sliders per person: 45% Grilled BBQ Chicken, 35% Slow Roasted Pulled Pork and 20% Crispy Tofu with Peppers & Onions. Gifts?
NO REQUIREMENT!!! The biggest gift we could receive is simply your presence at our event (: IF you would like to ‘give’, we are a young couple essentially fresh out of college and money is nice… So Cash, Check, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, PayPal, etc | Money would definitely assist us with establishing our lives & living situation sooner than later! If you plan on bringing a physical gift, please bring it to the reception (not the ceremony) and leave it on the designated table
Ceremony Photos & Videos?
While the marriage ceremony is occurring, please silence your electronic devices and refrain from camera usage as there will be professional videographers & photographers that will be recording this once-in-a-lifetime experience (:
Reception Photos & Videos?
Although there will be professional videographers & photographers present to capture the many memorable moments, please feel free to take your own photos & videos as keepsakes. Whatever you have, please send directly to us and upload to our Google Drive Wedding Folder: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1-d5eDVbTUj8GrqDDszEzmiYhfGOxhnhk
Entertainment!!!
There will be live musicians, DJs, and more! There will be a dance floor, outdoor patio with seating & palm trees overlooking the water, etc.
Traffic & Day-Of Local Attractions?
The Seattle Seafair Torchlight Parade will be occurring the same day as our wedding, so be conscious of the drive times through the city due to all the celebratory occurrences that will be happening
Financial Transactions
Seattle is very much a “cashless” place. Many places of business only accept cards and digital methods of payment… so plan accordingly.
***Social Interactions***
If you desire, be sure to talk/socialize with one other before the ceremony starts at 2:00pm; seek to renew in union your social joys with those you may not have seen in a long time. Having said that, keep in mind our dear request—> Please “KEEP THE PEACE”: On the way in leave your troubles & worries at the door and set aside your differences with others. Let our wedding be unifying for all with love & delight. If you have issues with other guests in attendance, remember what truly matters and that this event is meant to bring the community together… not promote division of tearing one another apart
